Waymo's Perception team seeks a senior machine learning engineer for perception foundation models. The work involves designing and optimizing large-scale continual pre-training pipelines for VLM foundation models, integrating multimodal sensor data, evaluating model performance and transferability, and translating LLM, VLM and continual-learning research into production systems.
