Nebius Token Factory is hiring a senior engineer to own large-scale training and reinforcement-learning experiments for frontier model improvement. The work covers SFT, continued pretraining, preference optimization (DPO/IPO/KTO) and RLHF/RLAIF, PPO and GRPO, plus reward functions, verifiers, synthetic data pipelines, and distributed training infrastructure built on Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed, PyTorch FSDP and Ray. Candidates need strong Python and PyTorch skills, experiment design, and hands-on model training or RL experience. The role is on-site in Palo Alto, with a posted base range of $195,200 to $262,200.
