Anthropic is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Capacity Engineering, the team behind the data, tooling and systems that track and allocate compute across a multi-cloud, multi-accelerator fleet. Work spans telemetry pipelines and BigQuery tables, capacity planning and alerting, and efficiency benchmarking for training and inference. The role is hands-on and onsite five days a week: managing senior and staff engineers, owning the roadmap, and working with infrastructure, inference and finance. It asks for engineering management experience, a production data or infrastructure background, Kubernetes, and a major cloud provider.
