Google Cloud is hiring a senior verification engineer for edge-AI SoC work, onsite in Tel Aviv or Haifa. The R&D role covers planning verification for digital blocks, building constrained-random SystemVerilog/UVM environments or using formal SVA, debugging tests, and closing coverage toward tape-out. It asks for a bachelor's in electrical engineering or equivalent, eight years with verification components and environments, and RTL verification using SystemVerilog or Specman/E for FPGAs/ASICs. Preferred: master's/PhD, ASIC interfaces and memory architecture, performance verification, and four-plus SoC cycles.
