Cohere is hiring a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for the Americas to own its US and Canada commercial solutions architecture function. The role leads a team that helps enterprises move from interest in agentic AI to deployed production systems, and owns the technical win on strategic pursuits. Duties include coaching and hiring, defining the function's operating model and playbooks, guiding secure deployments across cloud, hybrid, VPC and on-premises, and co-owning the regional number with sales.
