Tenstorrent is hiring a senior design-for-test engineer in Tokyo, on-site, for a project integrating multiple chiplets into a system-in-package with external partners. The work covers chip-level DFT strategy, scan chains, memory BIST and JTAG insertion, ATPG and fault coverage analysis, scripting DFT flows in TCL or Python, and supporting silicon bring-up and debug. It asks for an electrical or computer engineering degree, at least 10 years of industry experience, and fluent English; Japanese and a Japanese work visa are nice to have. Employment depends on access to U.S. export-controlled technology.
