Nebius is hiring a senior backend developer for Token Factory, its platform for deploying and running AI inference. The work covers scaling distributed systems, improving reliability, tuning AI performance as models, hardware and runtimes change, and extending the platform into data pipelines and customization. The posting asks for 5+ years of software development, strong Python and Go, CI/CD, version control, unit testing and web service experience; work with language models is a plus. The team is distributed across Europe, and the role is listed as remote.
