Nebius is hiring a senior applied ML engineer for a team building an agent-native search platform, described as a web access layer for AI. The work covers retrieval, reranking and search relevance models in production, embedding-based indexing, crawling and content understanding, plus evaluation pipelines and latency-quality-cost trade-offs. Requirements include five or more years in software engineering or applied ML, strong Python, Go or C++, and prior production deployment of models. Coding interviews form part of the process.
