NVIDIA is hiring a senior applied machine learning engineer for its circuit-design AI group in Santa Clara. The role builds AI-driven systems for EDA: pre- and post-silicon hardware data, circuit optimization, SPICE correlation, timing, and agentic design-exploration workflows, then tests and releases models that integrate with existing design-automation tools. It asks for an MS or PhD in electrical or computer engineering, computer science or applied mathematics, four or more years in VLSI/ASIC/EDA work, and Python with C++.
