NVIDIA's Applied AI Architecture group in Israel hires a senior researcher to work at the intersection of deep learning and biology. The role involves designing large-scale architectures such as LLMs, Transformers and state space models, building multimodal systems over clinical time-series, imaging, genomics and text, and developing generative and agentic AI, plus digital twins for healthcare simulation. Candidates need a PhD, eight or more years training and deploying large models, distributed training expertise, Python and C++, PyTorch or CUDA, and a publication record. Research is published and code shared openly.
