The role is a senior security engineering position embedded in Firmus's AI & Applications team. The person would work with AI, application, inference, product, DevOps, and platform staff to secure agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, model-serving APIs, enterprise data integrations, and user-facing AI products. Duties include threat modeling, designing controls and guardrails, securing Kubernetes and CI/CD, and leading vulnerability management for AI dependencies. The posting seeks 5+ years in security or application security. It reports to the Head of AI & Applications with a dotted line to the Head of Cybersecurity.
