Firmus is hiring a senior AI engineer to build and run the Kubernetes-based orchestration layer for its Model-to-Grid product. The work centres on a proprietary job scheduler for training, fine-tuning, inference, batch and agentic workloads on large GPU systems, making placement and queueing decisions from GPU and NVLink topology, RDMA fabric health, storage locality, power and thermal state. Duties include custom resources, controllers, admission webhooks and scheduling plugins, plus policies for preemption, quotas, gang scheduling and checkpoint-aware retries. On-site in Singapore, full-time.
