Anthropic's security department is hiring a compliance specialist for data centers and compute. The work: mapping cloud security and privacy controls to frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 and SOC 2; building documentation and processes that scale to new geographies; coordinating independent assessors for certifications; managing vendor compliance; writing policies covering security, privacy and AI safety. Eight or more years in audit and compliance, cloud-native experience, and comfort building programs from scratch are required. Preferred: AI/ML or cloud background, compliance as code, CISA or CISSP.
