ElevenLabs is hiring a Revenue Strategy & Operations person for EMEA, remote across Ireland, Spain, Poland and the UK. The role sits in the revenue operations team and partners with one go-to-market function such as SDRs, AEs, partnerships or account management. Work covers building automations and standardized processes, running experiments, and owning dashboards, reporting and KPIs for sales performance. The posting asks for 4+ years in revenue operations at high-growth technology companies, plus SQL and BI tools such as Sigma. Each team member is a dedicated partner to one GTM function.
