Abridge is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of its post-sale Partner Experience organization, which covers Partner Success, Clinical Success, Implementation, Support and PX Ops. The job owns administration of Planhat and Zendesk, including health scoring, workflows, SLAs, routing and Salesforce integrations, and builds dashboards on partner health, adoption, support volume and retention. It also supports renewal forecasting with Finance.
