Anthropic is hiring a research engineer for its post-training team in Zürich. The person trains base models through the full post-training stack to produce the Claude models users interact with, implementing and scaling methods such as Constitutional AI and RLHF, building fine-tuning and evaluation pipelines, and debugging training runs and model behaviour. The posting asks for Python, deep learning frameworks, distributed computing and high-performance computing, plus experience training or evaluating large language models.
