Cursor is hiring a Regional Director to start and run a new commercial sales segment aimed at fast-growing digital-native startups. The director will build and coach a founding team of account executives working high-velocity, transactional deals, write a repeatable sales playbook, set up forecasting, and work with RevOps, marketing, finance and post-sales on lead flow and handoffs. The posting wants prior leadership of a velocity sales team, PLG experience, and comfort building structure in an undefined segment.
