OpenAI's Hardware organization seeks a Rack Power Engineer in San Francisco for a hybrid role. The job owns rack power architecture for AI supercomputing: power budgets, AC/DC rectifiers, power shelves, PSUs, power management controllers, busbars and protection circuits, plus qualification plans, fleet power-health monitoring and root-cause work with suppliers. It asks for at least ten years in power electronics or power delivery, a master's in electrical engineering or equivalent, lab debugging skills and Python telemetry analysis.
