OpenAI's Intelligence and Investigations team is hiring a Quantitative Intelligence Analyst in San Francisco, hybrid three days a week. The role is to find emerging abuse and strategic risks before they are well defined: building quantitative signals, early-warning frameworks and stress tests, then writing briefs that guide risk prioritisation. It asks for 3+ years in quantitative intelligence, trust and safety or security analysis, comfort with high-stakes harm areas, Python and SQL, and data mining or statistical modelling. Relocation support is available.
