xAI is hiring an onsite program manager for its Safety Integrity team, focused on regulated and prohibited content. The role sets priorities, success criteria and system health for detection and automation, translates legal and policy constraints into workflows and escalation paths, and pushes Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal and Operations to improve coverage and enforcement quality. It asks for five or more years in content integrity, safety or compliance operations, plus experience with model-driven enforcement systems. Base pay is $110,000–$145,000, and applicants must meet ITAR eligibility rules.
