xAI is hiring a Safety Integrity Program Manager, Harmful Activity, on-site in Palo Alto, Bastrop or New York. The role owns program standards, priorities and system health: setting requirements for detection and automation, converting legal and policy constraints into workflows and escalation paths, and pushing Product, Engineering and Operations on coverage, precision and enforcement quality. It asks for 5+ years in content integrity, safety or abuse operations, familiarity with automated or model-driven enforcement, and cross-functional work with Policy and Legal.
