Scale AI is hiring a Program Manager, Compliance in San Francisco, on-site. The person owns the company's enterprise compliance and GRC work: anti-bribery and anti-corruption, gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, third-party risk and sanctions, policy lifecycle, and training, plus enterprise risk management reporting. They partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Security. The posting asks for 5+ years running in-house ethics and compliance programs, hands-on ABAC ownership, and a record of building policies from scratch.
