Baseten is building out its product function and hiring one of its first product managers, focused on developer experience for model deployment. The role owns the path from first sign-up to a running production deployment: CLI and SDKs, console, onboarding, model discovery, Truss, deployment configuration, and multi-model Chains. Requirements include five or more years building developer-facing or technical products and having shipped SDKs, CLIs, or APIs as an engineer. Distinctive: defining the design system from scratch, treating coding agents as first-class users.
