Nscale is hiring a principal technical program manager to run operations programs for its AI and HPC fleet. The work covers planning data center AI build-outs, fleet software and firmware rollouts, capacity readiness alongside data science, and driving availability and uptime targets. It also means standardizing incident, change and postmortem processes across fleet operations, network operations and SRE, and coordinating hardware vendors. The posting asks for five or more years of technical program management on large infrastructure or software programs, plus Linux, networking and distributed systems knowledge; NVIDIA GPU and InfiniBand experience is preferred.
