Wayve is hiring a Principal Roboticist as a founding member of the Multi-Embodiment Generalist Agent team in Wayve Labs, based in Sunnyvale. The role spans the full robot stack: selecting and maintaining robot hardware, writing C++ and Python software for control, planning and ROS/ROS2 deployment, building data collection and evaluation infrastructure, and running real-world experiments that feed robot policy development. The posting asks for manipulation and hardware experience, a record of leading robotics efforts, and 5+ years in industry; a PhD is preferred and ICRA, CoRL or IROS publications are valued.
