Synthesia's ML Platform team is hiring a Principal Engineer to build and run the systems researchers and product teams use to train, serve and deploy generative models. Work covers research infrastructure, production serving, internal tooling and platform interfaces, with growing emphasis on automation-friendly, agent-oriented workflows. The posting seeks a hands-on generalist IC with production systems experience: cloud infrastructure, Linux, Kubernetes, distributed workloads, Python, and judgment about where automation helps.
