Wayve is hiring a Principal ML Engineer or Applied Scientist to lead work on Gaia, its driving world model, which predicts future video frames and acts as a simulator running in closed loop with the driving model. The job covers post-training, fine-tuning and data curation, plus making long autoregressive rollouts stable and the model reliably steerable and deployment-ready. It asks for hands-on experience with large-scale post-training, world models, diffusion and 3D vision, PyTorch, and typically 5+ years in industry, with technical leadership.
