Synthesia is hiring a Principal Research Engineer (L7) to own the technical direction for offline video generation across pre-training and post-training. It is a senior individual contributor role: setting a long-term roadmap with research leadership, unblocking pipeline problems, speeding research into product, and coaching junior researchers.
