NVIDIA's Autonomous Systems and Physical AI Research group is hiring PhD research interns for full-time, on-site work in Santa Clara, California. Interns design and test methods for autonomous vehicles, robots, and embodied systems; conduct original research; publish results; collaborate with internal and external researchers; and move technology into product teams. Applicants should be pursuing a PhD in robotics, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, with research experience, a publication record, strong Python skills, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks. The internship pays an hourly rate.
