OpenAI is hiring a Partner Director to own its global alliance with McKinsey & Company. The role covers strategy, governance, joint planning and co-selling, working with McKinsey's industry and technology groups, including QuantumBlack, to move enterprise AI programs from experimentation into production. It asks for partner or managing-director-level experience at a strategy firm or comparable organization, proven ownership of a global multi-year partnership, and technical fluency with CEOs, CIOs and CTOs.
