Waymo's Infrastructure & Network Services team is hiring a Network Operations Manager in Austin to lead engineers, technical staff and vendor agents. The role owns high-severity incident response and Tier 2/3 escalations, runs ITIL-aligned incident, change, event, configuration and asset management, validates methods of procedure, and oversees firewalls, switches, access points and UPS deployments. It asks for 7+ years in network operations or engineering, 2+ years managing people, CLI and cloud portal configuration skills, and 20% travel. Ansible, Python, Terraform and BGP troubleshooting are preferred.
