Cohere is hiring a Member of Technical Staff for post-training. The person will write scalable training software, run post-training to reach state-of-the-art model performance, work with agentic and code teams, and develop SFT and reinforcement-learning techniques on large compute and data infrastructure. The posting asks for strong software engineering, Python, ML frameworks such as JAX or PyTorch, and experience with distributed training at scale.
