Cohere's Agent Code team is hiring a senior member to work on code-generating LLMs and autonomous agents, blending research and engineering. The work covers tracking and implementing recent research, designing training strategies for code models, deploying agent frameworks for inference, producing SFT trajectories, working on reinforcement learning algorithms, and building or hillclimbing benchmarks for enterprise needs.
