Poolside is hiring a Member of Engineering for its compute team, working remotely across EMEA. The work is GPU workload scheduling and inference serving: building an internal scheduling system to raise GPU utilization, APIs and tooling to manage the GPU workload lifecycle and troubleshoot failures, and an inference control plane for faster model deployment and request serving. The person partners with research, inference, scalability and infrastructure teams to keep nodes healthy and utilized.
