Perplexity's data team is hiring an experienced data scientist, analytics engineer or data engineer to build AI systems for data work. The role covers AI agents that explore data, run queries and draft recommendations, retrieval infrastructure and evaluation loops so agents can query the warehouse, automated dbt model generation and data quality agents, and agents that interpret A/B tests and draft ship/no-ship calls.
