OpenAI seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer for its Hardware organization in Singapore, hybrid. The role owns manufacturing test strategy for boards, trays and system-level AI hardware across EVT, DVT, PVT and production ramp. Work includes test coverage for ICT, functional, tray and system test; reviewing yield and failure data; debugging; qualifying fixtures, stations and suppliers. It requires a technical bachelor's or equivalent, 5+ years in manufacturing test, and experience with contract manufacturers or test vendors. The work is distinctive for AI-native silicon and integrated systems tied to frontier models.
