Snorkel AI is hiring a manager to build and lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team inside its Data-as-a-Service organization, as a founding, hands-on player-coach. The team owns the technical layer of dataset production: data pipelines, evaluation and benchmarking systems, ML-assisted and human-in-the-loop workflows, and internal delivery tooling. The posting asks for six or more years in AI/ML engineering or applied AI and two or more years managing engineers, plus Python, SQL and API integration. Startup and customer-facing experience are preferred.
