Nscale, which builds and runs an AI cloud, is hiring a Development Manager on its Data Center Development team for the Americas. The person owns assigned AI data center projects from site control through due diligence, entitlement, permitting and design coordination up to final investment decision, handling schedules, budgets, risk reporting, land transactions and utility interconnection, and directing outside consultants. The posting asks for 3+ years in data center, commercial real estate or infrastructure development, willingness to travel up to 25%, and mentoring of junior staff. Mission-critical facility experience is strongly preferred, and the role reports to a Director.
