Reddit is hiring an engineering manager to lead Feed Ecosystems, a team of machine learning engineers building recommender systems for Reddit's feeds. The work covers cold-start relevance for new and logged-out users, distribution of new posts and communities, feed quality, and measuring ecosystem health alongside engagement. The manager sets the technical roadmap, coaches engineers, and partners with product, design, data science, safety, ads and platform teams.
