Reddit's Ads Engagement Modeling team is hiring an engineering manager to lead machine learning work on on-platform engagement, including predicting click-throughs and video view-throughs. The manager sets the modeling roadmap, oversees the model lifecycle from ideation to deployment, recruits and mentors ML engineers, and works with product managers and data scientists. The posting asks for at least two years managing ML teams (tech lead experience considered), four years with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and hands-on large-scale training and deployment.
