Tenstorrent's AI Models team is hiring machine learning engineers to port, tune and validate large language and vision models on the company's own AI accelerator. The work covers running and debugging transformers in PyTorch or TensorFlow, profiling model behavior, finding bottlenecks across the stack, and improving correctness, efficiency and scalability alongside compiler, kernel and hardware teams. The posting asks for strong model-building experience, knowledge of architectures such as transformers, and solid debugging skills. Quantization, FlashAttention, kernel fusion, C++ and CUDA are bonuses. Hybrid, based in Cyprus; level is assessed during interviews.
