Nebius is hiring a lead engineer to analyze and tune performance of large-scale GPU clusters. The work spans hardware, system software, InfiniBand/RoCE networking, KVM/QEMU virtualization and distributed communication layers such as MPI and NCCL. Duties include diagnosing bottlenecks under training and inference workloads, evaluating new hardware and tuning approaches, and contributing to cluster qualification. The posting asks for five years of system-level development, three years of Linux performance work, server architecture knowledge, and C/C++, Go or Python.
