OpenAI's robotics group is hiring a lead to own product safety strategy across its robotic platforms, from early design through deployment. The job covers hazard analyses, FMEAs and HARA, system-level safety cases, verification and evidence plans for future certification, plus tracking and shaping robotics regulation. It asks for deep functional or systems safety experience and familiarity with standards such as ISO 10218, ISO 13849 and IEC 61508.
