Nebius builds an AI cloud platform and is hiring an L3 Support Engineer to own the knowledge system for its datacenter support line. The week is documentation: writing SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides and an error-code library for GPU platforms, server hardware, firmware, out-of-band management and Linux diagnostics, joining investigations, and testing procedures with L1 and L2 technicians. The role carries no ticket queue, and a problem counts as unsolved until the runbook is updated. It asks for datacenter server and Linux troubleshooting, BIOS/BMC and IPMI/Redfish knowledge, and Confluence experience.
