Nebius, which runs an AI cloud platform, is hiring an L3 support engineer for a new APAC datacenter support line, based on-site in Singapore. The job centres on deep root-cause work on GPU, firmware and Linux faults, building evidence packs for ODM and R&D escalations, validating BIOS/BMC firmware rollouts, and writing runbooks that raise L1/L2 capability. Candidates need hands-on datacenter server and Linux troubleshooting experience, structured incident response, vendor escalation skills and fluent English; travel to datacenters is expected.
