Ema, an agentic AI company, is hiring an IT Engineer in Bengaluru for on-site, full-time work. The role owns corporate IT end to end: identity and access lifecycles, Okta/SCIM provisioning, SaaS license tracking, MDM and endpoint patching, and audit evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Rather than absorbing manual tickets, the hire is expected to automate recurring tasks with AI coding tools, Python or Bash scripts, and API integrations, and to advise Finance and HR on tool administration.
