Nebius seeks an IT Support Manager for its Tallinn data center, on-site and full-time. The role leads L1, L2, IT infrastructure and field network engineers who keep data center IT and GPU clusters available. Work covers incident escalation, SLA and KPI tracking, maintenance, vendor and colocation coordination, documentation, and IT asset lifecycle including RMAs. The posting asks for 3+ years managing technical support teams in a data center, hands-on server and GPU hardware troubleshooting, fiber networking, ITIL/ITSM and basic Linux. Base salary is 60,000–75,000 EUR plus bonus.
