Perplexity is hiring a backend and infrastructure engineering intern for the team that builds the systems behind its search experience. The intern designs internal tools and automation, helps deploy and monitor cloud-native services on AWS, improves CI/CD and testing, and debugs Linux services and containers. Product code work uses Rust, Go or C++. Candidates should be enrolled at a Serbian university or self-taught. The internship runs 12–24 weeks, full-time or part-time, based in the Belgrade office, with the posting listing a hybrid work type.
