Tenstorrent is hiring an RTL design engineer in Bengaluru to own the microarchitecture and RTL implementation of power management subsystems, interrupt controllers, AXI interconnects and cache controllers for RISC-V and ARM SoCs. The work spans Verilog/SystemVerilog coding, lint and clock-domain checks, verification closure, synthesis, timing and power optimisation, alongside architecture, firmware, DV and physical design teams. Candidates need five to ten years of ASIC, SoC or IP design experience. The role is hybrid. Levels are set during interviews, and Tenstorrent builds its own RISC-V CPU.
