The role owns marketing systems, customer and account data, campaign orchestration, attribution, measurement and sales handoffs, and sets strategy for what to build, buy, integrate or retire. It also involves building AI-enabled workflows and agents across research, creative, execution and optimisation, and leading a team of technical operators.
